Garden during a high spring tide

A burn runs down the side of the property and the shore of Loch Sunart is a few yards from the front  doorstep, this is probably the best view in the world! The garden around the cottage is tamed in the summer by regular mowing. People often ask 'how close are you to Loch Sunart' this shot from the front doorstep during a spring tide gives some idea! All attempts at cultivating plants so far have been thwarted by hungry red deer. The only thing they do not eat is the alien rhodedendrons which are proliffic in this area.
